1-1 iPad Course (C) - Stepping out

A coaching and mentoring approach, with a focus on utilising the iPad for an identified area of need, for schools who have established 1-1 iPad classroom environments and are ready to step out and utilise the iPad's functions and applications for an intended purpose (differentiation of tasks/assessment, an assistive tool for student learning needs, KLA specific application and more).

Nicole McFarland is an experienced teacher across primary and secondary schools. Nicole's experience in 1-1 classrooms and developing and delivering Digital Technologies over 5 years has allowed her to utilise technology as a tool for planning, teaching, learning and assessing. She delivers Professional Development to primary and secondary educators around STEM Education, as well as embedding the use of engaging learning applications as a whole school approach to teaching, learning and behaviour management.

Course Outcomes

• Guided hands on experience in integrating iPad functions and applications to create and implement a differentiated learning experience in a 1-1 iPad classroom environment.       
• Digital copy of initial and final reflections through (GROW/ORID) coaching.
• APST 1.5, 1.6, 2.6, 3.2, 3.4, 3.6, 4.5, 6.2, 6.4

Course Delivery and Duration

1-1 iPad Course (C) - Stepping out is delivered over ten 1-hour sessions or five 2-hour sessions at the client's school. Note a minimum of 4 teachers / staff is required for this course.

Pricing

The listed price is per participant for on-site delivered within a 1 hour drive from our company's office in Aspley, Queensland. Onsite sessions can be delivered further afield for listed price plus travel and accommodation expenses.
